SWEDISH PEOPLE <3 THE SMÖRGÅS
Whenever I'm in Sweden I always try to catch up on my Smörgås- intake. I really feel like eating Smörgås the way we eat it is something particularly Scandinavian... it just isn't like the English Sandwich. The Swedish Smörgås is special. And you eat it anytime, all the time. Here are some of my favourite variations:
The Herring and Cheese Smörgås

The "Prickig Korv" aka "Sausage with dots" Smörgås

The Smoked Salmon with Hovmästarsås (like... a mustardy sauce?) Smörgås

The liver paté with salted cucumber Smörgås, together with the boiled egg with Kalles Kaviar Smörgås
